MLSCN Registrar/CEO has called on staff to adopt essential fire safety skills

Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) Registrar/CEO, Prof. Tosan Erhabor, has called on staff to adopt essential fire safety skills, emphasizing their role in the effective management of emergencies. 

He said this during a fire drill conducted in conjunction with the Federal Fire Service, today at MLSCN Headquarters, in Abuja.

Leading the exercise, DSF Sylvester Monday of the Federal Fire Service, underscored the importance of fire prevention and preparedness. 

According to him, "Fire safety, is a collective responsibility. Therefore, we must remain vigilant and proactive in preventing fires."

The team demonstrated proper fire extinguisher use, evacuation procedures, and the critical role of smoke detectors and alarms in ensuring safety.
