Dearest Colleagues,
As I pen this letter, I'm filled with a mix of emotions - sadness to leave behind the familiar, yet excitement for the new chapter ahead. Today marks my last day at Sacred Heart Hospital, Lantoro, Abeokuta, Ogun State, after an incredible 19-year journey.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to bid you all farewell and to reflect on the memories, lessons, and experiences gained during my time here. Each of you has contributed to my growth, and I'll always cherish the relationships built and the lives touched.
Nineteen years ago, I embarked on this journey with passion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Today, I'm proud to say that I have been part of a team that has made a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals and families.
These years of experience have been a rollercoaster ride, filled with the good, the bad, and many ugly experiences.
I've seen triumphs and tragedies, victories and defeats. But through it all, I have learned invaluable lessons about resilience, perseverance, and the importance of teamwork.
As I move on to the next chapter of my career, I want to express my deepest appreciation for the support, guidance, and camaraderie I've received from each of you. Your professionalism, expertise, and kindness have inspired me to strive for excellence.
To my colleagues, I offer my sincerest prayers for continued success, growth and fulfillment. May you remain steadfast in your dedication to our profession, and may your hard work yield abundant rewards. Don't relent in aiming higher - the sky's the limit!
Please know that I'll be rooting for you all from afar. If ever you need guidance, advice, or just someone to talk to, don't hesitate to reach out. My doors and phone lines will always be open to you any day, anytime.
Before I sign off, I'd like to leave you with a quote: "Believe you can and you're halfway there." - Theodore Roosevelt. I have no doubt that all of us has the potential to achieve greatness if work towards.
Thank you once again for being an incredible team. I'll miss you all dearly.
Sincerely yours;
