Open Letter: X-raying the BOT Chairman's Voice note

Following an open letter by concerned members of the Alumni Association of Ogun state College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu on the 22nd June, 2022. The Board of trustees (BOT) chairman, Com. Osibamowo Oluwadamilola, dropped a voice note on the 23rd of June, 2022 (00:11am), which was x-rayed below 👇 

1. The BOT Chairman, Com. Osibamowo Oluwadamilola onbehalf of the BoTs reiterated their commitment and determination to make sure they produce a very lasting environment and veritable electioneering process free of turbulence while he acknowledged and appreciated all for their support and contribution so far.

2. He laid emphasis and ascertained that they had sworn under the oath to uphold and protect the provisions of the Constitution no matter the stand and interest of any individuals, groups and caucuses.

3. He formerly informed the house that they had formed 3 Committees in enabling a democratic setting and system.
- Database committee to have a verify list of all graduates of the College.
- Electoral Committee which according to him are not the constitutional recognized NIEC to be saddled with the responsibility of conducting the Electoral process of the Association.
- Constitution Review committee based on issues on ground.

4. He promised they will round up their activities within 2-3weeks of when he dropped the VN with an assurance to call for an emergency Congress by 2nd week of July, 2022. At the said Congress, he informed the house that the date for election will be pick.

5. In the concluded part of his Speech, he appreciated all for their criticisms, opinions and observations as those are not being seen as being biased but all done in putting things right.
He then used the medium to promised the platform onbehalf of the BoTs being Elders that they will continue to play their roles as they are committed to serve in discharging their assignment without fear or favour while he reiterated that they will be rounding up with the needful done within One month and the Half.
