The Federal Government of Nigeria has appointed the mist senior director in Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Dr Donald Ofili, as the Acting Registrar/CEO following the death of Prof Tosan Erhabor. Folashade Yemi-esan and President Buhari The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, on Monday, said the Nigerian Medical Association and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, as well as their affiliates, were not recognised labour unions in the public service.
