Old students Association, METHOSA renovated a dilapidated Administrative block of Alma mater

The Old students Association of Methodist High School, Ogbe, ABEOKUTA (METHOSA) led by its National President, Meth. Soyinka Isikilu A. had facilitated the complete renovation of the dilapidated Administrative block of their Alma mater. This gesture was important and necessitated as part of joint efforts for the development of our schools in our dear State after many attempts were taken to have the attention and assistance of the Government for the renovation did not yield any positive result. The building according to the 1st Senior Prefect of the School, Meth. Sobulo Emmanuel (80/85) was constructed as far back 1979 and such, was overdue for rehabilitation and necessary renovation. The School Community through the Principal and Staffs were delighted to have the renovation done because it will encourage the students to learn in a conducive atmosphere and boost the morals of the teaching Staffs.

One of the actors in the movie ‘Abejoye’, who played the role of Lagbaye; one of the traditionalists who visited Olayiotan Abejoye, Barrister David Adeyeye Babajide has been called unto eternal glory at age 64. This was announced by on Flaming Sword Ministries official Facebook page three weeks after his demise. According to the information gathered, Barrister David Adeyeye Babajide slept in the Lord on the 28th of February, 2022 and would be laid to rest on 25th of March, 2022 after the service of song on the 24th of March. The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba, has confirmed the appointment of CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi as the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police Force. Mr. Adejobi had been working in an acting capacity since 16 February until the confirmation on Tuesday. An official statement from the police shows he studied Archeology and Geography at the University of Ibadan, graduating with combined honors. He holds a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the same university. On Thursday morning, at 7:15 a.m., the lady had in a now-deleted post, tweeted, “I’m being kidnapped guys, I’m being raped.” A lady identified as Toyosi on Thursday “voluntarily presented” herself at a police station after raising an alarm on social media that some men had kidnapped and raped her. Benjamin Hundeyin, the police spokesperson in  Lagos , said via his Twitter handle that the lady is in their custody and is being questioned. On Thursday, at 7:15 a.m., the lady had in a now-deleted post, tweeted, “I’m being kidnapped guys, I’m being raped.” She also stated the location where her purported assailants held her against her will.   No fewer than seven candidates have formally declared to contest the 2023 presidency under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). Other aspirant rumoured to have presidential ambition in the party yet to declare their intention include: the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele.   The Minister-in-Charge of the Evangelical Church Winning All, Reverend Elisha Ogundiya, has made more revelations about how Deacon Francis Ogunnusi, the Baale of Onikoko, Abeokuta, slumped and died while preaching in the church on Sunday. Ogundiya on Tuesday said Ogunnusi, who was a worker in the church, was preaching about death when God took him away; saying “it was my first time seeing such. I hope I can die the same way.” The man of God said he would complete the sermon of late Ogunnusi next Sunday from the script of the sermon prepared by the late preacher.
