Democracy day fall: VAR Review

June 12, 2024 will be in the mouth of some Nigerians for sometimes following the fall of the country's president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, while trying to climb the Presidential Parade van at the Eagles square during the event to commemorate the 2024 edition of the June 12 celebration.

Although, many commentators, skit makers and some animation creators had registered their opinion about the fall.

At the democracy day dinner, the president made a joke that his fall was 'a  swagger' to honour the day and he 'dobale' (prostrate: a sign of respect in Yoruba culture) for the day.

Eagles eye update took his time to xray the seconds by seconds of the Democracy Fall video and come up with the following report.

I am not here to give excuse on behalf of the president but a closer look at the video, you will observe that the president while trying to climb the van lifted the right leg followed by the left leg, this left leg steped on his Agbada, and he tripped while trying to take the third step using the right leg.

This is contrary to general believe that, the president fall following his old age.

Meanwhile, missing of steps or falling while walk can happen to anybody and never a major sign of old age, most especially, while climbing stairs.
