FUNAAB Congregation Elects Prof. Atungwu, Dr. Oduwole as Representatives on Council
Members of the Congregation of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has elected Professor Jonathan Atungwu and Dr. Oludayo Oduwole as Congregation Representatives on the Governing Council at its 33rd Meeting held at the Professor Oluwafemi Olaiya Balogun Ceremonial Building. Professor Atungwu got 450 votes to defeat Professor Idris Ayinde who had 239 votes for the Academic Staff category while Dr. Oludayo Oduwole had 483 votes to beat Mr. Isaq Odunjo who earned 156 votes and Engr. Baba Tahir that got 29 votes for the Non-Teaching Staff slot. Professor Atungwu is presently the Director, Institute of Food Security, Environmental Resources and Agricultural Research (IFSERAR), while Dr. Oduwole is a medical practitioner in the University’s Health Centre.
