Police arrest 46-year-old man for sodomizing three boys

Police in Anambra State have arrested a 46-year-old man, Michael Nwoha for allegedly having carnal knowledge of three underaged boys.

Anambra State Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Haruna Mohammed said the arrest was effected on Saturday, after a tip off.

He said, “On the 2/10/2020 at about 8:30pm, following a tip off, Police detectives attached to 3-3 Division arrested one Michael Nwoha ‘m’ aged 46years native of Uzuakoli in Bende LGA of Abia State, but resides at No.10 Uke Street 3-3 Nkwelle Ezunaka in Oyi LGA of Anambra State.

“Suspect allegedly had carnal knowledge against the order of nature with three Small boys of six, 14 and 17years on different occasions.

“Suspect has equally made a voluntary confessional statement to the police and blamed his act on demons.”

Haruna said police officers visited the scene of the crime and the three victims involved were taken to the hospital for medical examination.

He added that the Commissioner of Police, CP John B. Abang has ordered for immediate transfer of the case to the State Criminal investigation Department (CID)for discreet investigation after which the suspect would be brought to book.

Chief Ebola Doctor Contracts Ebola

A doctor who has played a key role in fighting the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone is infected with the disease, according to that country's Ministry of Health. Dr: Shelk Humarr Khan is being treated by the French aid group Medecins Sans Frontieres - also known as Doctors Without Borders - in Kailahum, Sirra Leone, Tim Shenk, an agency spokesman, told CNN. Until falling ill, Khan had been overseeing Ebola treatment and isolation units at Kenema Government Hospital, about 185 miles east of the capital Freetown. Citing patient confidentiality, Shenk declined to provide additional details about Khan's condition.The Ministry of Health took to Facebook to deny reports te doctor had died. Kenya coins replace leaders with animals

Previous coins bore the images of Kenya's three ex-rulers: Jomo Kenyatta, Daniel arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki. Many Kenyans saw this as an attempt by their leaders to promote themselves, and to personalise the state. The new ones have images of the country's famous wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes and rhinos. President Uhuru Kenyatta - the son of Kenya's first leader Jomo Kenyatta - said the new coins were a "big change" and showed "our nation has come a long way". 1. Objective The objective of the Sickle Cell Test was to detect the presence of Hemoglobin S (HbS), which caused sickle cell disease or sickle cell trait. The test aimed to screen or diagnose individuals who inherited the mutated beta-globin gene. 2.
