UPDATED: At Least Two Dead, Vehicles Destroyed As Pipeline Explodes In Ijegun


A pipeline explosion in Ijegun has led to the death of at least two persons, and the destruction of several vehicles. 

The incident stirred panic within the vicinity, leaving many to scamper for safety.

Footages on social media capture the flames and people running helter-skelter in a bid to avoid being caught up in the flames.

As of the time of filing this report, it was not certain if the casualty figures had increased, however, there are fears that many may be injured.

More details into the incident are expected soon, as efforts are being made to restore calm within the area.
