Road project: Residence seek government intervention

The people living in Idi apẹ, Bibilari, Bashorun, Akobọ and environs in Ibadan north and Lagelu local government area of Oyo State has called on the state government to complete the ongoing road project in the area.

While speaking to our correspondent, a residence plead on the state government led by the state governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, to make use of the dry season to complete the road project.

Another person speaks on the dusty experience of the road, and attributed it to health issue.

He said, "The government should help us to complete this road for us to have good motor able road and also to reduce or stop all this dusty issues that always cause catarrh and sneezing"

While speaking with other road users like Okada riders, taxi drivers and tricycle riders, they all plead on the government never to allow the road become an abandoned project.

Also expressing their dissatisfaction, traders on the road including shop owner and residence also joined their voice to call on the state government for quick intervention.
