Tambuwal Snubs Jonathan’s PDP Merrymaking In Kaduna To Mourn Innocent Nigerians Killed By Boko Haram

The Speaker of House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, today snubbed the North West Zone Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Zonal rally organized to mobilize support for President Goodluck Jonathan in Kaduna, choosing a plenary session of the House to mourn Nigerians killed by Boko Haram. Tambuwal, who hails from Sokoto State in the same zone, welcomed members back to the House with an emotional rallying cry over the ongoing massacre of innocent Nigerians and students.

The remains of the late Ogun state secretary of the National Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (NACHPN), Com. Adekunle Olalekan Adeniji, was committed to mother Earth at his residence on Sunday 14th January, 2024 amidst tears and crying. The body of the late scribe left the morgue at Isara for his Olomore Abeokuta residence as final resting place at about 1pm and was committed to mother Earth around 3pm after a short church service. The late scribe was involved in an auto accident on Saturday morning while returning from a journey. The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) has issued a 15-day ultimatum to the Federal Government of Nigeria to address the long-standing demands of Nigerian nurses.  This decision was made during the NANNM's National Executive Council meeting in Abuja on August 28, 2024. The association is seeking: 1. Immediate Reopening of Nurses' Verification Portal:  The NMCN, a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Health, should reopen the verification portal to enable nurses to explore better opportunities, pursue further studies, and complete necessary tasks. 2.
